How to stop interrupting people on the phone

  1. First, admit you have a problem. You know you interrupt people. You’re so excited. You have so much to say. You want to stop, but when you’re in the moment, words just explode out of you, as if you’re a superhero and the next words you say will save the world.

2. Practice not saying anything while someone else is talking, not even “huh?” or “totally.”
