Beautiful piece about a tragic sickness. I know exactly what you mean when you say that you can sleep knowing you did everything you could. All we can do is try and hope it has some impact. But yes, there are no aha moments, just trying to help build the scaffolding that our addict friends and family can hopefully use one day.
