All great points. I am all for kids knowing about different lives, jobs, etc. I am not all for hearing about the constant dissatisfaction of their jobs. I know COVID was hard on teachers. I have been a teacher. However, there are no fewer boundaries to holding it together in class. I am only ranting because many of my sons teachers are ranting in the classroom. I didn't open the door, merely the conversation. I have even spoken to school counselors who would love to help some teachers modify their behavior too, instead of always asking the kids to chill when a teacher is losing her temper all the time. YEs yes yes we need to work together and yes, this is a conversation as well as a rant
